5. Return Shipping Costs

 

There is no cost to the customer for return shipping. HyperExplore USA covers this expense.

  • Eligibility: Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.

  • Documentation: You must provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
