Refund & Returns Policy

At HyperExplorer, we want to make your shopping experience worry-free, so we've simplified our returns and refunds process:

Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this 30-day period.

Shipping Costs for Returns: If your purchase is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping cost. However, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, the shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us within 30 days. We'll arrange a return at no extra cost to you. After receiving and inspecting the item, we'll either replace it or refund you in full, including shipping costs.

Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days to return it. Remember, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we'll refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping charges.

Processing Refunds: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that it might take some time for your bank or card to reflect the refund. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@hyperexplorer.com.

Please be aware that a restocking fee may apply in certain return scenarios.
