Dealing with Damaged Products
Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice any, or if you're unable to inspect but suspect damage, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) are damaged upon arrival, send us photos at info@hyperexplorer.com for prompt replacement or compensation.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming the transaction and providing shipping details.
